Well….this has been quite the discovery! That might be bigging it up a bit too much, but for someone who loves crisps as much as I do, but can’t eat them – finding something that tastes anywhere near crisps is AMAZING!!

Kale is part of the cabbage family. Now, I can hear you saying…cabbage? That is nothing like crisps. Well, it is amazing what a little bit of olive oil, sea salt and seasoning does.It really does taste a bit potatoey (if that is a word). No, it is never going to taste exactly like that bag of Walkers you crave, but, that bag of Walkers also has lots of saturated fat clogging up your heart. This is a quilt free and tasty treat. Never try, never know! Let me know what you think!

Make some of these, sit down in front of a film and enjoy!!!

NOTE: People on blood thinking medication are advised not to eat kale, and some other leafy greens, because they are high in vitamin K and act as a natural blood thinner, therefore having a reaction with your medication. Speak to your doctor if this may be a concern to you.
