Frozen Banana

This is really simple, but very effective. Eating a frozen banana has nearly the same consistency as ice cream and really satisfies that ice cream craving when you are trying to be good. They really helped me when I was losing weight as I do have a soft spot for Ben and Jerry’s!
Serves 2 – 50 calories per serving
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 2 lolly sticks (I just “borrow” the ones from Starbucks and use those)
1) Cut the banana in half and put a lolly stick in at the bottom of each one. Wrap in cling film.

2) Freeze for around 2 hours and then they are ready to eat!
