As with most ready-made things, coleslaw is un-necesarily unhealthy (when the main part of it is vegetables) and can be made at home very cheap and you will save tons of calories and with the right seasoning it is just as healthy. This is a great side to so many dishes and is perfect at a BBQ

 

 

 

 

 

Serves 2

Ingredients

- Half a white cabbage, shredded

- 2 carrots, grated

- 1 red onion, grated

- 4 tbsp 0% Fage greek yogurt

- Juice of half a lemon

- Black pepper

- 1 tbsp mustard seeds

 

1) Mix everything together in a bowl and it is ready. As simple as that.
