Prawn and Vegetable Kebabs

You can get really creative with these and use whatever ingredients you want really. I have used prawns, peppers and courgettes, but you could add mushrooms, salmon, tofu, onion, halloumi. Anything really!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 10 King Prawns
- 1 Yellow pepper, cut into thick slices
- Half a courgette, cut into slices
- Fry-light
- 1 tbsp sumac
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
1) Put the prawns and vegetables into a bowl, spray with fry-light and sprinkle with sumac and chili power. Mix well.

2) Thread onto metal skewers and cook onto the BBQ for 15 minutes, turning every couple of minutes
