This week I was meant to start week 4, and I did, but I won’t be completing it.
It started off well.
I FINALLY bought new trainers, and I was excited to see if they made a difference.

And I was excited to start a new week.

Week 4 involves a 3 minute run, 90 second walk, 5 minute run, 3 minute walk and then repeated once more. I was kind of hoping the 5 minute run would be first, to get it out of the way, but it was a 3 minute run first. I had been doing 3 minute runs for 2 weeks previously, so I don’t them particularly difficult. The 5 minute run was not as challenging as I thought it would be. The trainers really make a difference to my running. I got through it and I was REALLY happy. I can run for 5 minutes straight!!! But then….I felt like I was going to pass out. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now. Not just whilst exercising, but at anytime. I have not been feeling well in a lot of ways, but I wanted to continue to exercise, as it is good for my mental health, not just physical health. I stopped the run after the first 5 minute run. That was the day before yesterday. I tried it again today and the same thing happened, so I am going to have to take a break from this until I have seen the doctor. Pretty gutted, but it has to be done. Going to go swimming tomorrow to see if I am okay with that, at least it is some exercise!
