We are half way through week 3 and it is nearly the weekend!
As you know, we are all a week behind the Body Rock challenge that is going on there page. Last week, they has some website issues, so the workout we are meant to do today, never got uploaded. Instead, they directed us to a week 2 workout, just so we didn’t miss a day. So, there i still a workout here, but it is one you have done before.
Didn’t find this one particularly hard, but it wasn’t east either. Lots of squats and arm work, so both those areas are hurting. You need to do each of the 6 exercises twice.
The exercises are (with my scores next to them):
Squat Leaps – 27, 25
3 Tier Push ups – 11, 10
Reverse Pull Ups with dip station – 21, 22
Squat & Press – 24, 22
Switch Lunge’s – 30, 29
