The last day of week 3 is here!!! Are you looking forward to a weekend off from Body Rock?
Today’s workout is a killer. There are 2 workout, as there is every Friday, Lisa’s 800 rep time challenge and Sean’s back and biceps workout. I will not be doing Sean’s as once again, he doesn’t give an modifications – that’s starting to annoy me. I will just do 10 minutes of free weights, press-ups and tricep dips to compensate.
For Lisa’s workout, set your stopwatch and time how long it takes you to do the following workout twice.
25 Push Ups
100 High Knee Skips
25 Knee Tucks
100 High Knee Skips
25 Squats
100 High Knee Skips
25 Triceps
I did mine in 12 minutes 33 seconds. Pretty proud of that, as it is an improvement on my other timed challenges.
