We have made it! It’s the last week of the 30 day challenge – it has come around pretty quick I think, but always challenging.
Today we have another interval workout from Lisa, so set your timers to 12 rounds of 10/50 and complete the following 4 exercises 3 times through. You can even do them 4 times through if you are feeling strong enough!
1 Leg Push-Ups and Jump Over - 8/9/8
Side Straddle Run’s & Burpee’s – 8/8/7
Squat and Woodchop – Alternate Sides – 21/20/22
Plank Jumps – 42/45/43
There is also an interval workout from Sean, and again, set your timers to 12 rounds of 10/50 and complete the following 4 exercises 3 times through.

Star or Diamond Push Up
Explosive Push Ups
Tricep Alternating Lunges
