WE MADE IT!!! (Well, you all did, I still need to catch up after I am better).
I hope the 4 weeks of hard work have paid off. We just have the final fitness test to do and then we are done. Thanks so much for all of your that have participated via Facebook and email. Post your scores up (alongside your scores for the very first fitness test so we can see the improvements) and any differences you can see or feel from 4 weeks ago.
So, set your interval timers to 10/50 and write down how many of the following exercises you can complete:
Squat Jump
Push Ups
Burpees
High Knees
Switch Lunges
Tuck Jumps
Straight Abs
