Well, the sun is out. Finally!! When the sun is shining, I always crave a nice big salad. Most people think of salad as just lettuce and cucumber. It can be so much more than that. Also, it isn’t just food for people looking to lose weight, but it certainly can be very good for that, providing you use the right toppings and avoid those creamy salad dressings.
It doesn’t even need to be warm for me to have salad, as I have been eating loads of them the past few weeks when it has been cold and cloudy. Here are some of the salads I have been eating.
