Active April – Day 21 (Arms)

My arms are one of my main problem areas, but they are the area that I have seen the most change in. I have put in the effort and I am seeing the results. Put in the effort too and you can see the same results as well. This is less than an hour out of your day!

Get yours weights ready, or bottles of water or cans if you don’t have weights.
