Sometimes in the morning, you just don’t feel like eating breakfast. But, as we all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you should have something, even if it is a drink rather than food. This smoothie is really tasty and super nutritious and you can even have it on the way to work/gym if you are short of time!
Serves 1 – 350 Calories
Ingredients
- 300ml skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
- 1 Banana
- 5 strawberries
- 10 raspberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter (you can find this in health shops and some supermarkets, it is a much better alternative to peanut butter)
1) Slice the banana, strawberries and raspberries and put in a blender
2) Pour in the milk, yoghurt and almond butter
3) Blend for 2 minutes and serve

I love smoothies! They are my typical breakfast, and I’m always looking for more recipes. Banana Strawberry is my classic favorite, but Banana Berry and Almond sounds like a cool twist on that. I think I’ll try it!
