Eggs and Spinach

This is a really healthy breakfast that will give you the best possible start to the day!

 

Serves 1250 calories

Ingredients

- 2 large eggs

- 1 slice of brown bread

- Half a bag of spinach

 

1) Boil some water in a pan and then turn down to a simmer. Crack each individual egg into a cup or a ramekin. Stir the water quickly until it creates a whirlpool and then pour the first egg into the middle. Then, gently pour the second egg in. Leave to simmer for 6 minutes.

2) Meanwhile, cook the spinach in some boiling water.

3) Toast the bread

4) Put the spinach on the bread, top with the 2 eggs and sprinkle some cracked black pepper on top.

 

Have a banana after to make it a nutritious 350 calorie breakfast!
