This week, my favourite food has been soup. Not so much out of choice, but illness.
Soup is the one food that just perks you up when feeling ill. Even though you might not feel like cooking, try not to just reach for a tin of soup off the supermarket shelf. Buy some veggies, chop them up, top it up with water and stick it on the hob for an hour or so. It might seem like a bit of effort, but at the end, you have a big batch of soup that will give you 6 to 8 meals, and nutritional meals at that!
