How To Stay On Track At The Weekend


I know that the weekend can be tough for a lot of people and so many of you feel that you undo all the hard work from Monday to Friday just over the weekend by eating too much and not working out. I made a video tonight which talks about mytips on how to stay on track as much as you can over the weekend but still enjoy it too. Also – I talk about how I feel now wearing colour. Look, I’m wearing red!
