Serves 1 – 400 calories
Ingredients:
- 60g 0% Fage Yogurt
- 50g cooked roast chicken
- 1tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 wholemeal pitta breads
- Lettuce, cucumber, tomato
1) Toast the pitta bread and put to one side until cooled.
2) Combine the yogurt, garam masala, coriander and lemon juice and season with pepper.

3) Stir in the cooked chicken

4) Cut open the pitta breads

5) Divide the chicken mix between the pitta breads and fill with lettuce, cucumber and tomato.
