My husband bought me some kettlebells a couple of months back as an anniversary/early birthday present as I have wanted some for ages and I LOVE them!

At first I didn’t have a clue what to do with them, they are odd shaped things, so I checked the ever useful YouTube and found some great videos. Some of them are a little advanced though and if you are not careful, you can really put your back out doing some of the swings.
So, I searched for a beginners kettlebell workout and I found this one from Everyday Health. I just finished it and it was pretty awesome – I will be feeling it tomorrow.
If you don’t have kettlebells, I would recommend getting some as you can get in a quick and intense workout if you can’t make it to the gym, or don’t have time for a full at home workout.
