Plank Your Way Through June (Challenge)

Who is ready for another workout challenge? Want to build up to holding a 5 minute plank? Follow this challenge for the whole of June, holding it a bit longer every day, and by the end of the month you should have built up to 5 minutes. Save this picture and stick it somewhere to remind you each day.
