Salt and Vinegar Roasted New Potatoes

by Dannii on April 15, 2012

Love salt and vinegar crisps/chips? Don’t love the greasy after taste? Well this is the party food for you! There is something so great about roasted potatoes and having them as a finger food just makes them even better.

Ingredients:

- 1 pack of new potatoes, halved

- 1 tsp rock salt

- 1 tbsp malt vinegar

- Spray oil

1) Place the halved potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and then pour them into a large baking tray and spray with a little oil and sprinkle with the rock salt.

2) Bake at 200/400/Gas Mark 6 for around 40-50 minutes until they have gone crispy. Take out of the oven, pour over the vinegar, mix and then transfer into a bowl.
