Triceps and shoulder workout:
I think when you ask most people what area they would like to be more toned, it would be the upper arms. Luckily, it is an area that you can see significant change in. After 3 months of arm workouts, I can really see a difference and there is much more definition. Plus, I don’t have to be so paranoid about waving in short sleeves as my arms no longer continue to wobble for 5 minutes after I have stopped waving.
Some of these exercises involve dumbbells, but if you don’t have any, you can use water bottles or cans. The other exercises use your body weight and a chair for the dips. Chair dips are a great way to tone your triceps and they can be done almost anywhere. I do them in our dining room whilst I am waiting for food to cook. Just try and fit some in whenever you can.
