Let’s face it, the adverts on TV are pretty much dull anyway, so sitting there waiting for your favourite show to come back on is just wasted time, right? Why not make the most of that time and do a mini workout. 3 minutes every 20 minutes might not seem like a lot, but it will really add up. Trust me, you will be feeling those squats in no time!

The idea is to do as many rounds of the workout below during the adverts. Even better, why not get your whole family, or your friends, involved and see who can do the most (whilst still keeping good form of course). I have also posted links to what each of the moves are below.
Fitness isn’t about going for 5km runs every day or killing it in the gym, it is about doing what you can with what you have. Relaxation is important too, and if you choose to relax in front of the TV, then make the most of that time without work or other commitments and fit in a small workout. It all counts. If you already have a really good workout routine, then don’t push yourself to do more than you should – rest is important. But, if you are not very good at motivating yourself to workout, this is a great place to start. Just a few mini workouts each day and you will notice the difference.
