Looking glamorous as ever for my run! Ha!
The second week is over – finally! I’m not going to lie…it was tough. I found the first 2 runs of week 2 fairly easy, so I am not sure why I found the last run in the week so difficult.
The runs just seemed to go on forever this time and the 90 seconds dragged. Plus the abundance of flies attacking my face did not help things. My ankles are really starting to ache too.
Now it is on to week 3. Week 3 has 3 minutes runs, instead of 90 seconds. I think that is a pretty big jump, and I am not looking forward to it. I am not confident about being able to move on, but I really want to give it a go. If I need to repeat week 2, then I will. This is a long-term thing for me, so there is no rush. But, I will give it a go on Thursday and hopefully it will not be as bad as I think it will be.
I am really enjoying running though.
