Hungry Healthy Happy is a food, fitness and happiness blog where I share my favourite healthy recipes, workouts and health tips and generally things like make me happy like travelling, workout clothes, discovering a new health and fitness product and the occasional photo of cats. My cats, not just random cats. Okay, I have been known to post a photo of a random cat.
I’m Dannii *waves* and I started this blog in 2011 after I had lost 7st (100lbs). I wanted a place that I could save my favourite healthy recipes, document my workouts and generally keep myself on track. I knew losing weight was hard, but I knew that keeping it off would be harder. So this blog was to keep me accountable. But you can find out more about me and my weight loss in the About Me section.
Hungry Healthy Happy has turned in to an awesome community of people who are looking to get healthy, but still enjoy all their favourite foods – which is why most of my recipes are healthier alternatives to the foods you love. It is a place for people who want to do workouts that they enjoy, rather than seeing it as a punishment and people who want to get the most out of life and be as happy as they can be.
