Sandwiches and wraps are a lunchtime time saver and perfect for lunch boxes. Don’t get stuck in a filling rut – try these Greek Hummus Wraps and save yourself some calories by using a Deli Kitchen Skinni Wrap too.
Whilst we love to spend time in the kitchen, cooking up something special, sometimes we just don’t have time for that and we make a quick wrap to keep us going throughout the afternoon. Whilst there are classic fillings like cheese and pickle or ham and mustard, we are sharing with you something a little more exciting – a Greek Hummus Wrap.

Creamy homemade hummus, salty feta and olives, crunchy peppers and tomato and packed full of spinach in a low calorie wrap from Deli Kitchen. This wrap will take lunchboxes from bland to grand! See what I did there ;)
Hummus is a big weakness of mine. If I am around an open tub of it, then I can’t be held responsible for my actions. Basically, it won’t be a full tub for long. Sure, hummus is full of healthy ingredients like chickpeas, sesame, olive oil, garlic, but it’s still high in calories which means that now I am back on track I have had to cut back on it. That possibly makes me more sad than cutting back on wine.
There are some great store bought hummus options out there, but they all do seem to have a ton of oil in. We make our own with less oil, and use extra water to thin it out and make it smoother. Olive oil usually adds most of the flavour to hummus, but we just add extra lemon juice and garlic for all the flavour without the calories.
It’s not just the homemade hummus that is making these Greek Hummus Wraps a healthy lunch option, but the Skinni Multigrain Wraps from Deli Kitchen too. We have been trying out loads of different products from the Deli Kitchen range recently, but it is these Multigrain Wraps that we use the most often. They are really thin, which means less calories, but they are still really strong and hold together, so you don’t make a total mess when eating them.
Deli Kitchen is reinventing mealtimes with a range of flatbreads and wraps that doesn’t compromise on quality and is the ultimate go-to for those wanting to make easy, quick and healthy meals. The new range of products not only offer low calorie, high fibre and high protein sandwich carriers, but also a unique shape which offers ease of use.
I don’t know about you, but I can never wrap up a burrito or wrap properly. A few years ago we went to a burrito making masterclass to learn how to wrap a burrito properly and I still came away totally clueless. I think I am just stuffing my burritos too full. Well, Deli Kitchen have got you covered with their Skinni Wraps, as their unique shape makes them really easy to wrap. The point bit at the bottom folds up and then you just bring the sides up. Simple!
The new Deli Kitchen range includes:
- Deli Kitchen Skinni Wrap (Plain) – The Skinni Wrap is low in calorific content, but also comes in a unique and easy to fold shape.
- Deli Kitchen Skinni Wrap (Multigrain) – The six cereal blend wrap is a high source of fibre with a unique shape that makes it easy to fold.
- Deli Kitchen High Protein Wrap – A great on-trend lunchtime treat for health-conscious foodies that want to add more protein to their diet.
- Deli Kitchen Tacotilla – The soft and flexible Tacotilla (a cross between a taco and a tortilla) comes ready to use as a taco, sandwich carrier or even a pizza base, making it a great multi-use product for any day of the week.
What I love about these as well, is that they are easy to freeze. So, we stock up on them and keep then in the freezer for a quick, easy and healthy lunch-time. Each wrap has less than 100 calories, is a high source of fibre, made up of a six cereal blend and offering a unique shape that makes it easy to fold.
You can use them for wraps, burritos, enchiladas, and so much more. They really are a great healthier alternative to sandwiches and are perfect for a busy and active lifestyle.
