If you get bored with plain water, give this Raspberry and Mint Water a try. We have used sparkling water, so it's a healthier alternative to fizzy sugary drinks and a great way to stay hydrated with a fruity twist.
If you are looking for a non-alcoholic low calorie drink to enjoy, or just a way to make water more exciting, then make a jug of the mint water with added raspberries. Plain water can get a little boring after a few glasses each day, but by just adding some berries and fresh herbs, it takes it to another level.
Fizzy drinks can be an issue for many people, and they can be hard to cut down on. Fizzy water is a great alternative, which is what we have used in this recipe.
Why should you try it?
✔ A healthier alternative to fizzy drinks
✔ 12 calories a serving
✔ Makes drinking water more exciting
✔ Great for serving up at a party
How To Make Raspberry and Mint Water - Step by Step:
One: Put everything in a jug and put in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow all the flavours to infuse.
Do You Have T0 Use Fizzy Water?
If you are not a fan of fizzy drinks, then you could just just plain tap water or even some coconut water if you wanted even more flavour.
What Other Flavours Can You Make?
The great thing about this raspberry and mint water is that it is easy to customise. Don't like raspberries? You can use lemon or limes instead, or even cucumber, orange, strawberries or grapefruit.
How To Store Mint Water?
A big jug of this will keep in the fridge for around 3 days. We like to make up a big jug in the summer and keep it in the fridge for a quick drink to grab. It's far more exciting than plain water.
Extra Tips:
- Add some extra flavour and a burst of citrus by squeezing in half a lemon.
- Keep it in the fridge for a few hours, as this allows all the flavours to really infuse.
- You can either use fizzy water, tap water or coconut water.

Yum, mint and raspberry sparkling water sounds very refreshing. Happy Birthday! Hope you enjoyed your long weekend of celebrations. A pity you couldn't head to Edinburgh but it's good to hear that your kitty will be okay. That cake looks so incredible, I might just request it for my own birthday next month! :)
