If you are looking for the ultimate crowd pleasing party food, then you have come to the right place. Be sure to make 4 portions of this, as they will be gone within seconds.
To me, if a party food dish is sweet, spicy, creamy and has a crunch, then it ticks all of the boxes. These Stuffed Peppadew Poppers fill all those requirements, which pretty much makes them the ultimate party food in my eyes. These barely lasted 5 minutes with Dave around, but he did save a couple to take to work the next day, so they make good leftovers too it seems.

If you have been checking out the blog all this week, you will have seen that I am working with Peppadew to show you just how many ways you can use their products. We had the Roasted Red Pepper Spaghetti on Monday, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on Tuesday and Whipped Feta, Courgette and Piquante Pepper Crostinis yesterday. Although all those recipes are delicious, obviously, this has to be my favourite as it uses my favourite Peppadew product – the Piquante Peppers Stuffed with Cream Cheese.
As if the sweet and spicy whole piquante peppers by themselves were not good enough, they have gone and stuffed them with cream cheese to make them that much better. So, there is no need to stuff them yourself, with saves a lot of time.

Why are these on a healthy eating blog? Well, to start with, Hungry Healthy Happy is all about balanced eating, but it is also about healthier alternatives. Usually, party food like this is deep fried, but I have baked with to cut down on the fat content, and they are still really crispy.
Ingredients – Serves 4:
