I am SO excited to be able to finally reveal the cover of my book to you all. Hungry Healthy Happy will be available to buy on the 21st January 2016, but I have a sneak peak for you all of the cover and some of the recipes inside. In case you are new to my blog – I have a book coming out!

This book has always been a dream of mine (it was actually one of those things on my bucket list that I never thought would happen) and with so many of you asking for a book, and my publisher Jacqui Small believing in this book, it all came together. I honestly believe that there isn’t anything else out there like this, which was my motivation behind the book. I wanted to show people that you CAN lose weight and be healthy without giving up the food you love or without cutting out whole food groups. I want to be the change in the diet and fitness world that seems to focus on body shaming and restriction and encourage you all to take the power back, love your bodies, be kind to them and nourish them and still enjoy delicious food.
This book contains some of my best recipes yet. Some of these recipes I have been holding back from the blog for the past couple of years, because they were so good that they were book worthy. This is a photo of me with the book when it arrived a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time I had seen it all put together and I have just been waiting to share it with you. I know I don’t look very happy, but I really am.
