The day has finally come!! My book, Hungry Healthy Happy, is now on sale! To celebrate this, I have some more photos from inside the book to share with you to get you even more excited about it.
It seems like a long time ago that I signed up with Jacqui Small Publishers, but it was only about 13 months ago. A lot of hard work has gone in to this book, not just by myself but everyone that worked on the book – the publishers, photographer, designers, project manager, prop stylist and so many more. So it is so nice that the day is finally here and we can all see our hard work paying off.

Having my own book has always been my dream but something I thought would be just that, a dream. To be able to walk in to a book shop and see my book sitting there, filled with all my recipes and my own personal journey to have a healthier and happier relationship with food is kind of mind blowing. I am so proud of this book and I really do love it – so I hope you all love it as much as I do. The focus of the book is nourishing your body without giving up the foods you love. I wholeheartedly believe that you can lose weight and be healthy whilst still enjoying all of your favourite meals, by just making some small healthier changes – which is exactly how I lost 100lbs.
