Tomato, Garlic and Prawn Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 140 g Spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 150 g Prawns
  • 15 Cherry tomatoes, half of them chopped in half and the others left whole
  • 1 Lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Put the spaghetti in to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add the oil to a frying pan and gently heat on low. Add the garlic, tomatoes and prawns and gently cook for 3 minutes
  • Drain the spaghetti and add to the tomato mixture, add the lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve.
