Tomato, Garlic and Prawn Spaghetti
A truly delicious pasta dish doesn't need more than a few ingredients and this Tomato, Garlic and Prawn Spaghetti is proof of that. If you are a garlic lover, then this one is for you.

Servings: 2 people
- 140 g Spaghetti
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 150 g Prawns
- 15 Cherry tomatoes, half of them chopped in half and the others left whole
- 1 Lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
Put the spaghetti in to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the oil to a frying pan and gently heat on low. Add the garlic, tomatoes and prawns and gently cook for 3 minutes
Drain the spaghetti and add to the tomato mixture, add the lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve.
