Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Chocolate and coffee is a dessert match made in heaven. We have combined the flavours of both in this super creamy Avocado Mocha Mousse, that you will wow dinner guests with. No-one will be able to tell it is made with avocado.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 3 tsp Coffee granules
  • 4 tbsp hot water
  • 5 tbsp cashew milk (or milk of choice)
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pistachios and raspberries to add on top (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix the coffee and hot water together and then add to a blender with all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and add a little more milk if needed to make a smoother consistency.
