Chocolate and Banana Pinwheels
These chocolate and banana pinwheels are easy to bake with kids. They use a lighter chocolate spread, so less sugar, but all the taste.

- 1 Packet of ready rolled puff pastry
- 6 tbsp Jim Jams Chocolate Spread
- 2 Small bananas mashed
- 1 Egg beaten
Roll the pastry out and spread the chocolate spread over it.
Add the banana and spread on top.
Gently roll up the pastry until you have a log. Some of the banana might come out, but that's okay.
Slice the log in to 12 pieces and put on a lined baking sheet. Brush a little egg on top of each and put in a preheated over at 190C for 20 minutes until browned.
Leave to cool before serving.
