Garlic and pizza lovers rejoice, as we have quite possibly the most garlicky pizza you will ever eat. This Garlic Mushroom Pizza is so easy to make and comes with a serious garlicky punch.
Preheat your oven to 200°C/200°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
Roll out 1 portion Homemade whole wheat pizza dough.
In a bowl, mix together 3 tablespoon Olive oil and 3 Garlic clove and spread over the pizza dough.
Add some spray oil to a frying pan and add 250 g Mixed mushrooms and 3 Garlic clove. Gently heat for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Put the garlic mushrooms on top of the pizza and add 20 g Fresh basil and 40 g Parmesan. Add some cracked black pepper and a pinch of sea salt and put into the oven for 15-20 minutes until the dough has risen and is cooked through.
