Buffalo Ranch Hummus Flatbreads
If you are a fan of hot sauce, mix some in to homemade hummus, spread it on to a flatbread and top with some salad and a drizzle of our homemade healthier ranch sauce for an exciting lunchtime option.

Servings: 4 flatbreads
- 200 g Canned chickpeas (including liquid)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 Lemon (juice only)
- 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 50 ml Buffalo Sauce
- 4 Flatbreads
- 4 Portions of homemade ranch dressing
- 0.5 Red onion, sliced
- 2 Little gem lettuce, chopped
Add to a blender the chickpeas (and liquid), olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic and buffalo sauce and blend until smooth.
Spread the hummus on 4 flatbreads, top with lettuce, red onion and a drizzle of homemade ranch dressing. Fold up and serve with Popchips.
