Buffalo Ranch Hummus Flatbreads

If you are a fan of hot sauce, mix some in to homemade hummus, spread it on to a flatbread and top with some salad and a drizzle of our homemade healthier ranch sauce for an exciting lunchtime option.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Canned chickpeas (including liquid)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Lemon (juice only)
  • 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 50 ml Buffalo Sauce
  • 4 Flatbreads
  • 4 Portions of homemade ranch dressing
  • 0.5 Red onion, sliced
  • 2 Little gem lettuce, chopped

Instructions

  • Add to a blender the chickpeas (and liquid), olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic and buffalo sauce and blend until smooth.
  • Spread the hummus on 4 flatbreads, top with lettuce, red onion and a drizzle of homemade ranch dressing. Fold up and serve with Popchips.
