  • 2 Wholemeal burger buns
  • 2 tbsp Hummus
  • 2 Peppadew roasted red peppers
  • 100 g Light halloumi sliced
  • 2 handful Rocket (arugula) lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce


  • Preheat the grill and put the halloumi under the grill for 12-15 minutes, turning half way through.
  • Toast the burger buns and then spread the hummus on them. Top with the lettuce, roasted red peppers, grilled halloumi and sweet chilli sauce and serve.
