Healthy French Toast

This French toast is made a lot lighter really easily and there is no sacrifice on taste either.

  • 4 slice wholewheat bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon


  • Beat the eggs and milk together and mix in the cinnamon.
  • Dip the bread in the mixture one slice at a time until the mixture soaks in to it.
  • Add a little butter to a pan and add the soaked slices of bread. Cook for around 4 minutes on each side, turned every minute or so.
