  • 1 Banana
  • 4 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 250 ml 1 cup Almond Milk
