Blueberry Smoothie

This Blueberry smoothie is sweet and creamy and ready in just a couple of minutes. Great as breakfast or a snack, if you are short on time then throw together this filling and vibrant smoothie.

  • 1 medium banana
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 10 g oats


  • Put all of the ingredients in to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.



  • Make this even creamier by using a frozen banana or adding a splash of coconut milk.
  • Not a fan of banana? Use half an avocado instead.
  • Make this smoothie vegan by using coconut yoghurt and maple syrup.
