  • 2 Frozen Sea Bass Fillets
  • 1 lime (juice and zest only)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 red chilli finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro) finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions (scallions)


  • Put the lime juice and zest, olive oil, chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander and spring onions in to a bowl and mix well.
  • Put the sea bass on to a lined baking sheet and top with the mixture.
  • Put in the oven at 190C for 25 minutes.
