Ingredients

  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 banana
  • 80 g kale leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder
  • 350 ml coconut water
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 0.5 lemon (juice only)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass with ice.
