Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup

A tasty soup made with cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and onion which is so easy to make and freezes well too.

  • 1 cauliflower cooked
  • 1 broccoli cooked
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 leek sliced
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp olive oil


  • Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion, leek and carrot. Cook for 5 minutes, until softened.
  • Add the cooked broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Add enough hot water to cover the vegetables and season with salt and pepper and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Blend until smooth and serve.
