Asian Lettuce Wraps

These healthy Asian Lettuce Wraps are filled with tasty combinations of tender meats, crispy-crunchy vegetables and tasty sauces.

Tuna wraps:

  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 carrot shredded
  • 0.25 courgette (zucchini) shredded
  • 70 g tuna
  • 1 tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Chicken wrap:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce leaf
  • 2 tbsp shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 0.5 carrot shredded
  • 0.25 courgette (zucchini) shredded
  • 0.5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp tomato puree (paste)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove crush
  • 1 pinch chilli flakes


To make the tuna wraps:

  • Mix together the tuna, vinegar and Greek yoghurt and put in a lettuce wrap with the carrot and courgette.

To make the chicken wrap:

  • Stir together the Greek yoghurt, tomato puree, vinegar, garlic and chilli and mix in the shredded chicken. Put in a lettuce wrap with some carrot and courgette.

To finish:

  • Top all the wraps with a little sea salt and black pepper.


If you don't like Greek yoghurt, you can use mayo or avocado, but that will change the nutritional info.
