Instructions
Rolls the pizza dough out and cut in to a Christmas tree shape.
Spread the tomato puree out and add any herbs if using.
Sprinkle over grated cheese.
Add toppings to make it look like a Christmas tree.
Put in the oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes, until the base has cooked and serve.
Notes
Don't throw away the leftover dough. Either roll it out to make another Christmas tree, or make our Christmas tree dough balls.
Why not make lots of little mini Christmas trees and turn this in to party food.
Feel free to use different cheeses, and make it an easy way to use over the leftovers from the cheeseboard.
Host a Christmas tree pizza making party for kids and let them all decorate their own.
Don't want a traditional pizza base? Use puff pasty instead for something a bit different.
