200 g French stick

4 g fresh parsley
Slice and serve.
If you want that amazing cheese pull when you serve up your cheesy garlic bread, then use mozzarella and make sure it is served hot from the oven.
To make this bread super garlicky all the way through, melt the butter first before mixing the garlic in to it. Once this is put on the bread, all the garlic butter will seep through the bread making every bite garlicky.
Whilst this cheesy garlic bread is best served warm, wait a couple of minutes before slicing in to it to make it easier.
Make sure you grate the cheese yourself, rather than using a pre-gated cheese. Grated cheese in a bag has a coating on it with means the cheese doesn't melt as well and it won't look as nice.
